IT Support Associate

Role Overview Amazon is looking for a proactive IT Support Associate to join our centralized IT Service Desk in Bengaluru. As part of OTS Global IT Delivery, you will provide critical support to Worldwide Operations associates and internal teams. Your contributions will directly impact Amazon's ability to maintain high service levels and serve customers globally. Key Responsibilities - Provide L1 technical support for end-user client devices including laptops and printers. - Follow standard operating procedures to resolve software and hardware issues. - Troubleshoot customer concerns on Windows and Linux operating systems. - Interact professionally with internal teams across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions. - Adhere strictly to service desk goals, response SLAs, and CSAT targets. - Work a flexible five-day schedule based on business needs and shifts. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field. - Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing IT support role. - Basic troubleshooting knowledge for client hardware and operating systems. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-regional collaboration.
