IT Support Associate

Role Overview Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate to join our OTS Global IT Delivery team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Amazon sites globally, directly impacting our ability to serve customers on time. Key Responsibilities - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners. - Configure and support client operating systems specifically on Windows and Linux. - Interface with global internal customers across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions. - Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures to maintain service consistency. - Meet service desk targets for response time, resolution time, and CSAT. - Work rotational shifts within a 5-day week to ensure coverage for 24/7 operations. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Service Desk or technical support roles. - Excellent communication and customer handling skills. - Basic understanding of ITIL-based ticketing tools and networks.
