IT Support Associate

Role Overview Amazon has an opening for an IT Support Associate to join the OTS Global IT Delivery division in Bengaluru. In this position, you will execute standard operating procedures to troubleshoot client systems, peripherals, and network connectivity. This is a great role for an IT enthusiast looking to grow their technical expertise in a fast-paced corporate office. Key Responsibilities - Diagnose and repair technical issues on laptops, desktops, scanners, and printers. - Configure and troubleshoot client operating systems specifically Windows and Linux. - Partner with internal customers across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions to resolve IT problems. - Align daily tasks with OTS Service Desk goals, including response and resolution SLAs. - Maintain accurate logs of support interactions and document new troubleshooting steps. - Adapt to rotational schedules to support our continuous business operations. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - 1 or more years of experience in a technical support or Service Desk environment. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Basic knowledge of ITIL processes, ticketing systems, and network troubleshooting.
