Role Overview Amazon is looking for a client-focused IT Support Associate to join our dynamic Service Desk organization in Bengaluru. You will utilize an omni-channel contact center to deliver streamlined IT support to Worldwide Operations associates and internal partners. Join our global team to resolve complex technical challenges and play a key role in ensuring smooth site operations. Key Responsibilities - Troubleshoot client devices including laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners to resolve issues. - Support Windows and Linux operating system configurations and software installations. - Follow standard operating procedures to maintain operational efficiency and quality. - Collaborate with APAC, EMEA, and AMER operations teams to resolve technical inquiries. - Track and manage support tickets using ITIL tools to meet response and resolution SLAs. - Participate in a flexible 5-day work week that covers our 24/7 business needs. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification. - 1 or more years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer success services. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Basic understanding of network troubleshooting and ticket management tools.
