IT Support Associate

Role Overview Amazon is seeking an efficient IT Support Associate to join our IT Service Desk team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on providing technical assistance to internal users, ensuring smooth daily operations across global sites. By troubleshooting end-user issues, you will play a key part in maintaining Amazon's customer-centric mission. Key Responsibilities - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on client end-user devices. - Follow established standard operating procedures for incident management. - Support internal customers across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions. - Maintain response and resolution SLAs to ensure service desk goals. - Troubleshoot operating system issues on Windows and Linux platforms. - Work a flexible 5-day shift pattern based on operational requirements. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any technical or related discipline. - Minimum of one year of experience in IT helpdesk or service support. - Clear and concise communication skills for collaborating with global users. - Foundational knowledge of system troubleshooting and IT networks.
