IT Solutions Specialist

Role Overview Mott MacDonald is seeking a skilled IT Solutions Specialist to join our Productivity Applications Delivery Team in Bengaluru. In this position, you will ensure the efficient delivery of Microsoft 365 services across our global business. As part of an employee-owned consultancy, you will collaborate with experts to drive process and service improvements. Key Responsibilities - Provide L3 and L4 support for Microsoft 365 and Office 365 components. - Own and manage specific IT services throughout their lifecycle. - Develop strategies for continuous improvement of productivity applications. - Monitor Microsoft Community resources for tenant and roadmap updates. - Ensure compliance with Mott MacDonald policies and change control processes. - Support applications outside of the Microsoft suite within the team portfolio. Required Qualifications - Professional experience working in an IT applications support team. - Broad knowledge of O365, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online. - Degree in Engineering, MCA, or equivalent practical IT certification. - Strong conflict resolution, collaboration, and communication skills. - Logical and analytical approach to solving application delivery issues.
