IT Service Readiness and Results Management Lead

Role Overview Quess Corp Limited is looking for a skilled IT Service Readiness and Results Management Lead to oversee IT governance, service readiness, and operational performance reporting across technology initiatives and managed services. This role is ideal for a professional who can bridge the gap between data analysis and stakeholder communication while ensuring smooth, compliant technology implementations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including architecture, cybersecurity, engineering, operations, and service management to drive consistency and accountability. Key Responsibilities - Lead governance of the SDLC and service readiness process across all technology initiatives - Ensure all required documentation, reviews, testing, approvals, and escalations are completed prior to implementation - Partner with project and program managers to enforce service readiness standards and operational requirements - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect stakeholder reviews and sign-offs for impacted parties - Identify process gaps, track dependencies, and escalate risks to ensure successful implementations - Validate that project artifacts are complete, accurate, and directed to the appropriate owners - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using ServiceNow data to track SLA and KPI performance - Monitor service performance metrics, investigate variances, and support corrective action planning - Prepare executive-level reporting packages, scorecards, and presentations for monthly and mid-cycle business reviews - Document risks, escalations, and improvement plans related to missed performance targets - Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and business stakeholders Required Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in IT governance, SDLC oversight, PMO support, managed services, or operational reporting - Strong understanding of technology delivery processes and implementation readiness requirements - Hands-on experience developing dashboards, scorecards, or performance reporting artifacts - Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms for data analysis and reporting - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Experience working across both technical and non-technical teams Why Join Us Quess Corp Limited offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your governance and analytical expertise will directly influence technology outcomes at an enterprise scale.
