IT Project Manager (Enterprise AI)

Role Overview HCLSoftware is seeking a senior IT Project Manager (Delivery Project Executive) in Bengaluru to own end-to-end program governance for its Incubation & Exploration AI portfolio. You will oversee the delivery of complex technology programs including a no-code Agentic AI Builder and an Agent Governance Platform. The role demands over 12 years of leadership experience, a Master's degree, and professional certifications to coordinate engineering, architecture, and client teams. Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end program governance, defining milestones and tracking multi-workstream AI agent projects - Serve as the senior stakeholder contact, presenting technical progress as clear business value narratives - Identify delivery risks, resolve project escalations, and manage crisis communications with composure - Coordinate alignment between cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and client success - Refine delivery frameworks, project methodologies, and rituals to accelerate program execution Required Qualifications - 12+ years of IT delivery and project management experience in enterprise environments - PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL Master-level certification - Master's degree in Business, IT, or equivalent (MBA preferred) - High-level technical understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), AI/ML, and SDLC - Expert stakeholder management, crisis management, and contract negotiation skills Why Join Us HCLSoftware is a fast-expanding global software leader. - 12+ years of progressive experience in IT delivery, program management, and tech leadership - Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream technology programs on scope and schedule - Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA highly preferred) - Mandatory PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL Master-level certification - Technical fluency with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), AI/ML systems, cybersecurity, or SDLC - Agile/Scrum certification (SAFe, CSM) is a plus - Background managing P&L or commercial accountability is an advantage
