Role Overview Zoom Communications is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Information Technology Intern to join its IT team at the Udyog Vihar Phase 4 office in Gurugram. This is a 3-month internship opportunity ideal for B.Tech graduates or final-year students in IT or Computer Science who are eager to gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations, helpdesk support, and infrastructure management. Key Responsibilities The selected intern will serve as a frontline IT support resource, assisting employees with day-to-day hardware and software issues. Responsibilities include supporting the installation, configuration, and upkeep of computer systems and peripherals, as well as contributing to network and internet connectivity troubleshooting. The intern will be responsible for maintaining accurate IT asset inventories and related documentation, coordinating with external vendors and service providers for escalated technical needs, and helping with data backup procedures and system health monitoring. Timely resolution of routine IT helpdesk tickets and user queries will also be a core part of the role. Required Qualifications Candidates should hold or be pursuing a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and Engineering, or a closely related discipline. A foundational understanding of computer hardware components, networking principles, and common software troubleshooting methodologies is expected. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential for success in this role.
