Informatica MDM Specialist Manager - AI and Data Consulting

Role Overview EY Global Delivery Services is hiring an experienced Informatica MDM Specialist at the Manager level to join its AI and Data Consulting practice. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM platforms including Customer 360, Supplier 360, Product 360, and MDM Hub. This is a full-time permanent role based in Kolkata with significant exposure to large-scale data governance and MDM transformation engagements. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement end-to-end MDM solutions on the Informatica MDM platform - Configure data models, match and merge rules, hierarchies, trust frameworks, and MDM workflows - Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and development teams to gather and analyse requirements - Perform data profiling, cleansing, standardisation, and validation across master data domains - Implement data governance and data stewardship workflows to maintain ongoing data quality - Monitor MDM system performance, handle errors, and carry out system tuning activities - Prepare and maintain technical documentation including deployment guides and support materials - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during and after deployment - Stay current with Informatica MDM product updates, emerging trends, and industry best practices Required Qualifications - 8 to 11 years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM development and implementation - Strong understanding of MDM architecture, data modelling, and metadata management concepts - Practical experience with Informatica MDM Hub, e360, IDD, SIF, MDM Provisioning Tool, and ETL or ELT processes - Experience with data quality tools such as Informatica DQ and familiarity with MDM integration patterns - Sound knowledge of data governance principles and master data domains including customer, product, and vendor - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities - Informatica MDM certification is a plus - Experience with IDMC MDM SaaS offerings is preferred - Exposure to data governance platforms such as Collibra or Informatica Axon is advantageous - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies is desirable - Prior experience in large-scale MDM implementations across Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or BFSI sectors is a strong advantage Why Join Us EY GDS offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you will work on meaningful data transformation projects for global clients across diverse industries.
