HR Recruitment Executive

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Recruiter to manage our hiring process and attract top talent. The successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, use sourcing strategies to build talent pools, and help shape our employer brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1–4+ years of

experience

in recruitment or talent acquisition

Experience

with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Strong sourcing

skills

using LinkedIn and online job boards Excellent communication and interpersonal

skills
