HR Executive

• Assist in HRMS implementation, data migration, system updates, and daily usage.
• Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
• Verify employee attendance, leave, and shift records through HRMS/attendance systems.
• Ensure proper implementation and adherence to HR policies and attendance guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing by validating inputs such as attendance, leave, and deductions.
• Coordinate payroll disbursement and resolve employee payroll-related queries.
• Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
• Coordinate training programs including scheduling, logistics, and attendance tracking.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support HR reports, audits, and MIS as required.
