Hotel Manager

Role Overview Hilton is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager in Bengaluru to oversee the entire hotel's operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest service, operational efficiency, and profitability. Key Responsibilities - Set and execute hotel-wide goals aligned with company vision, driving operational excellence. - Manage daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth implementation of standard procedures. - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance to maximize profitability and control costs. - Lead guest service initiatives, respond to guest feedback, and build long-term loyalty. - Collaborate with commercial teams to boost occupancy, revenue, and market presence. - Recruit, train, and mentor staff to promote a culture of continuous learning and teamwork. Required Qualifications - Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior leadership role within hospitality. - Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. - Excellent leadership skills with a track record of motivating and inspiring large teams. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and guest-centric problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Proven experience in a senior hotel leadership role, such as Hotel Manager or Assistant General Manager. Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations, guest relations, and department coordination. Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L reports, and operational costs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays. A passion for hospitality and alignment with Hilton's core values of integrity, leadership, and teamwork.
