Helpdesk Senior Associate - ITIL

Role Overview NTT DATA is currently seeking a Helpdesk Senior Associate - ITIL to join our IT support team in Bangalore. You will provide exceptional IT Service Desk support, guidance, and training to end-users across various platforms. Help us accelerate client success and drive innovation by resolving IT issues and onboarding new users. Key Responsibilities - Provide IT Service Desk support and system training to end-users. - Record, update, and escalate technical issues to appropriate support levels. - Coordinate IT onboarding processes and set up profiles for new users. - Support system testing, integration, and maintenance with internal IT groups. - Recommend and implement process and technology improvements. - Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, G-Suite, and Microsoft systems. Required Qualifications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Solid customer service mindset with strong troubleshooting capabilities. - Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and MS environment. - Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and work from our Bangalore office. - Ability to work independently within a diverse global team structure.
