Helpdesk Senior Associate

Role Overview NTT DATA is recruiting a Helpdesk Senior Associate to join our IT support team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our global workforce resolve operating system, application, and hardware issues. We are looking for individuals who are excited to learn, grow, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Provide exceptional service desk support, guidance, and training to global end-users - Log, update, and route technical support issues to the next tier when necessary - Coordinate and execute IT onboarding setup for new company employees - Collaborate with engineering teams on system testing, integration, and platform maintenance - Explore and recommend new IT business tools to support our internal support teams - Identify process improvement opportunities to increase helpdesk efficiency - Resolve software, operating system, and hardware issues across diverse platforms - Keep technical documentation and resolution logs up to date Required Qualifications - High level of written and verbal communication skills in English - Exceptional customer service mindset with solid interpersonal skills - Proven ability to work as a great team player in a diverse global team - Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows 10, macOS, iOS, Android, and G Suite - Analytical ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve technical bugs - Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts from our Noida office Why Join Us At NTT DATA, you will find a positive, inclusive culture that prioritizes your training and professional development.
