Helpdesk Senior Associate

Role Overview NTT DATA is hiring a Helpdesk Senior Associate for our Noida-based global service desk. In this role, you will help support end-users across several countries by maintaining and resolving their IT device, application, and process issues. Key Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding service desk support and user training for software applications - Log, update, and resolve issues, escalating complex bugs to the next level - Execute IT onboarding workflows, including system access and configuration for new hires - Partner with development teams to test, integrate, and maintain internal applications - Investigate and suggest new software and hardware tools to improve user experience - Recommend process and workflow improvements to increase operational efficiency - Diagnose OS errors and network configuration problems on Windows and macOS - Stay updated on security standards and compliance regulations within the IT helpdesk Required Qualifications - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Exceptional customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills - Proven ability to cooperate with stakeholders in a diverse global team - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills - Knowledge of Win 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and Microsoft environment - Availability for 24/7 rotational shifts with mandatory work-from-office in Noida Why Join Us We offer a welcoming, innovative corporate culture that values new ideas and professional growth.
