Helpdesk Senior Associate

Role Overview NTT DATA is looking for a Helpdesk Senior Associate to provide outstanding technical support to our enterprise clients from our Noida office. You will help troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues for our global workforce. This position is a perfect starting point for individuals looking to gain enterprise IT experience in an adaptable organization. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical service desk support and guidance to global employees for diverse IT platforms - Document, update, and route IT incidents to higher support tiers in a timely manner - Coordinate and execute hardware and software setup during employee onboarding processes - Partner with internal technology groups on integration tests and maintenance duties - Explore new tools and applications that can improve internal support desk operations - Formulate and recommend process and workflow improvements to raise team productivity - Manage issues on Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS environments - Commit to continuous learning and participate in internal training programs Required Qualifications - Superior English written and verbal communication skills - Excellent client-handling and customer service skills - Ability to collaborate productively with global team members - Analytical mind with strong troubleshooting and bug-finding capabilities - Functional understanding of Google Suite, Microsoft Environment, and modern OSs - Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and a mandatory in-office model in Noida Why Join Us NTT DATA provides a clear vision for the future, combining enterprise-scale digital infrastructure with a collaborative culture.
