Helpdesk Senior Associate

Role Overview NTT DATA is seeking a customer-oriented Helpdesk Senior Associate to join our IT Service Desk in Noida. You will provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support to end-users across our global operations. Key Responsibilities - Deliver excellent IT Service Desk support and troubleshooting to enterprise end-users - Log, update, and escalate system incidents to ensure quick resolution - Facilitate the IT onboarding process by setting up accounts and devices for new joiners - Cooperate with other IT teams on system testing, integration, and platform maintenance - Identify and recommend new software tools to improve helpdesk performance - Suggest and implement process and technology improvements to raise service levels - Troubleshoot OS issues on Windows and macOS, as well as mobile devices - Participate in continuous training programs to expand your IT knowledge Required Qualifications - Superior written and verbal English communication skills - Exceptionally strong customer service and client-handling abilities - Active team-player mindset with a collaborative approach to challenges - Troubleshooting skills for Windows 10, macOS, iOS, Android, and Google Suite - Analytical skills to detect, isolate, and resolve software and hardware errors - Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (Work from Office mandatory in Noida) Why Join Us As a Global Top Employer, NTT DATA is dedicated to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment.
