Helpdesk Senior Associate

Role Overview NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Senior Associate to join our IT support team in Noida. You will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our business users, helping them resolve hardware and software challenges. Key Responsibilities - Provide top-tier IT Service Desk support, training, and troubleshooting to global end-users - Log customer issues, update support tickets, and escalate complex problems to higher tiers - Coordinate IT onboarding tasks, ensuring accounts and devices are set up for new hires - Work with systems teams on software testing, updates, and maintenance tasks - Help discover and integrate new business tools to support internal IT processes - Evaluate current helpdesk operations and recommend improvements for productivity - Troubleshoot OS, mobile, and G Suite applications to ensure business continuity - Build skills in cloud tools, system administration, and enterprise environments Required Qualifications - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal - Outstanding customer service abilities and client-focused mindset - High capability to work independently and as part of a global team - Strong analytical skills to diagnose, debug, and resolve technical issues - General knowledge of Windows 10, macOS, G Suite, and Microsoft Office environments - Availability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift pattern in our Noida office Why Join Us At NTT DATA, you will collaborate with a diverse group of experts in a supportive, adaptable environment.
