Helpdesk Associate - troubleshooting

Role Overview NTT DATA is seeking a Helpdesk Associate for troubleshooting to join our IT support team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. In this entry-level role, you will provide L1 technical guidance by telephone and email to resolve system and operating issues. Key Responsibilities - Identify, prioritize, and resolve reported computer and software problems. - Research, isolate, and document technical issues, coordinating follow-up steps. - Act as a supportive liaison between customers and internal technical departments. - Troubleshoot operating systems including Windows 10 and Windows 8. - Resolve basic issues with PC hardware, MS Office, and network messaging. - Work productively within a rotational shift environment to support business continuity. Required Qualifications - Graduate degree in any discipline. - Minimum of 6 months of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role. - Fluent spoken and written English communication skills. - Basic knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS, and internet browsers.
