Helpdesk Associate - IT Support

Role Overview NTT DATA is seeking a Helpdesk Associate for IT Support to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In this role, you will deliver exceptional IT Service Desk support, guidance, and training to end-users across various devices and applications. Key Responsibilities - Provide IT Service Desk support for devices, operating systems, and business applications. - Record, update, and escalate technical support issues to next-level teams. - Support all IT onboarding activities and access setups for new end-users. - Collaborate with internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance. - Suggest and evaluate process improvements and discoveries in business tools. - Work in rotational shifts from our Noida office to support a global client base. Required Qualifications - Graduate degree in any discipline. - Sound knowledge of IT software and hardware troubleshooting (Windows 10, macOS, iOS, Android). - Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office environments. - Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
