Helpdesk Associate-IT Support

Role Overview Join NTT DATA in Bangalore as a Helpdesk Associate-IT Support and help us deliver world-class technical support to our business users. You will be responsible for providing service desk guidance, diagnosing system issues, and setting up new users. Join our global team and play an active role in maintaining our digital infrastructure. Key Responsibilities - Deliver IT Service Desk support and system guidance to global end-users. - Log, update, and escalate customer technical issues to next-level support. - Facilitate IT onboarding activities for new employees and set up devices. - Collaborate with internal IT groups on systems testing and integrations. - Research new IT tools to support business users and improve support queues. - Troubleshoot operating systems including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Required Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written English communication capabilities. - Strong user support skills and a collaborative team-player mindset. - Knowledge of Windows 10, macOS, Google Suite, and Microsoft platforms. - Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts from our Bangalore office. - Analytical approach to troubleshooting, system testing, and bug resolution.
