Head of Brand

Role Overview Meolaa is looking for a Head of Brand to lead our brand strategy, positioning, and portfolio architecture in Bengaluru. You will have full end-to-end ownership of the brand, managing everything from design and packaging to creative content and commercial P&L performance. If you are a builder who thinks like a founder and obsesses like a consumer, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities - Define and protect the brand's whitespace, voice, identity, and market positioning using consumer insights. - Own the brand P&L, driving revenue growth, profit margins, promotional planning, and resource allocation. - Manage the end-to-end launch and development of new products, category innovations, and portfolio architecture. - Partner with growth and performance marketing teams to optimize consumer acquisition, retention, and repeat channels. Required Qualifications - Between 7 to 12 years of experience in brand management, with significant exposure to D2C, FMCG, or consumer startups. - Proven track record of scaling a brand from an early stage rather than just managing speculative/mature brands. - Strong creative sensibility combined with sharp commercial instincts and hands-on P&L management experience.
