HC & Insurance Operations Associate

Role Overview NTT DATA is seeking an HC and Insurance Operations Associate to join our healthcare team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will adjudicate healthcare claims and resolve payment and denial issues while ensuring compliance with client service level agreements. Key Responsibilities - Process and adjudicate healthcare insurance claims and resolve issues related to payments and denials. - Handle authorization, coordination of benefits (COB), duplicates, pricing, and corrected claims. - Validate claims against policy concepts including deductibles, coinsurance, co-pays, and exclusions. - Ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements (SLAs). - Develop and maintain solid working knowledge of healthcare products, services, and operational processes. - Resolve complex claims processing scenarios following established departmental guidelines. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream; both undergraduates and postgraduates are eligible. - One to three years of experience in claims adjudication and adjustment processes. - Good written and verbal communication skills with strong reading comprehension. - Ability to work independently and analyze billing and insurance data. - Flexibility to work in the AR Shift (5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) and perform overtime when required.
