HC & Insurance Operations Associate

Role Overview NTT DATA is looking for an HC and Insurance Operations Associate to support our healthcare business unit in Coimbatore. You will process and adjudicate insurance claims, resolve payment denials, and maintain high standards of transaction accuracy. Key Responsibilities - Process and adjudicate healthcare claims while resolving payment and denial issues. - Manage authorization, coordination of benefits, duplicates, pricing, and corrected claims. - Assess claims using policy concepts like in-network, out-of-network, deductibles, and co-pays. - Meet and exceed client service level agreements (SLAs) through timely transaction processing. - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of healthcare products, processes, and industry updates. - Work independently to solve complex claims scenarios using established company guidelines. Required Qualifications - University degree (both undergraduate and postgraduate candidates are welcome to apply). - One to three years of hands-on experience in claims adjudication and claims adjustment. - Good English communication skills, specifically reading comprehension and written execution. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex claims. - Openness to work in the AR Shift (5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) as per client requirements.
