Forward Deployed AI Strategist

Role Overview TE Connectivity is looking for a Forward Deployed AI Strategist to join our Strategy team in Bengaluru. In this hands-on role, you will apply generative AI workflows, agentic stacks, and analytical modeling to accelerate market intelligence, competitor monitoring, and GTM strategy. You will partner with business, product, and tech teams to build and scale AI solutions that drive strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities - Translate AI-assisted insights and analytical models into actionable business decisions for executive leadership - Identify, prioritize, and deploy high-value AI workflows, agents, and automation solutions for corporate strategy - Design proprietary AI-enabled workflows and agents for competitor monitoring, Voice of Customer mining, and regulatory tracking - Synthesize complex datasets (S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg) and unstructured sources to perform market sizing and TAM/SAM/PAM modeling - Coach and mentor strategy team members on prompt engineering, AI tools, and agentic workflows - Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AI models with existing data platforms like Databricks and AWS Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related analytical engineering field (MBA or MS preferred) - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in AI transformation, analytics, or AI-enabled business building - Proven experience building or deploying GenAI solutions, agentic workflows, and RAG systems - Strong modeling skills (NPV/IRR, TAM/SAM/PAM, segment P&Ls) and research validation discipline - Experience implementing AI platforms like AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Databricks - Familiarity with Python, SQL, DevOps pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools Why Join Us TE Connectivity is a global industrial technology leader that makes every connection count. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (MBA/MS preferred) - 3+ years of experience in AI solutions engineering, data science, or AI-driven corporate strategy - Hands-on experience with GenAI tools, LangGraph, CrewAI, AWS Bedrock, and enterprise data environments - Strong proficiency in financial and market modeling (Excel, Python, SQL) - Excellent communication and coaching skills to drive AI adoption across teams
