Finance Planning and Analysis Manager

Role Overview Teleperformance is looking for an analytical Finance Planning and Analysis Manager to join our corporate finance team in Gurugram. In this role, you will lead short and long-term financial planning and analysis of business operations. You will build financial models, forecast business performance, and guide commercial decisions to support the company's regional and international operations. Key Responsibilities - Analyze internal financial information including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and expenses - Evaluate external economic conditions such as inflation and exchange rates and their business impact - Build advanced financial models to measure and forecast potential impacts of corporate transactions - Develop, review, and implement short to medium-term tactical plans aligned with corporate strategy - Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and operational benchmarks - Lead, coach, and mentor a team of financial analysts, managing the full employee lifecycle Required Qualifications - Master's degree in Finance, CA, CFA, or a related financial planning discipline - Minimum five years of post-qualification experience in FP and A or corporate finance - Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting - Proven leadership experience managing teams of specialists in a corporate setup - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationship management skills Why Join Us At Teleperformance, we provide a dynamic environment where you can work with advanced support technologies and build long-term career growth.
