Finance and Accounting Professionals - Accounts Payable, Record to Report, Order to Cash

Role Overview Genpact is hiring experienced Finance and Accounting professionals for its Jaipur office across three key process areas: Accounts Payable, Record to Report, and Order to Cash. This is a walk-in hiring drive open from 22nd June to 26th June 2026, offering a great opportunity for qualified finance graduates and CAs to join a globally recognised technology services leader. Key Responsibilities - Review, audit, and process vendor invoices including non-PO and utility invoices, applying 3-way match and GRN concepts in Accounts Payable - Handle invoice resolution and release approved invoices for timely payment processing - Perform month-end close activities including journal entry review, posting, and balance sheet account reconciliations in Record to Report - Prepare and review quarterly and annual statutory financial statements and manage intercompany processes - Post daily receipts including wires, ACH, and cheques and maintain accurate accounts receivable balances in Order to Cash - Contact collections and business partners to obtain remittance details and resolve short payments and discrepancies - Identify process improvement opportunities across AP, R2R, and O2C functions - Utilise ERP systems such as SAP or Navision for transaction processing and reporting Required Qualifications - Graduate degree in B.Com, BBA, or MBA; Qualified CAs are also eligible to apply - LLB and Diploma holders are not eligible for this drive - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Record to Report, or Order to Cash processes - Strong understanding of general ledger, payment processing, cash applications, and financial reconciliations - Working knowledge of ERP platforms including SAP, Navision, or equivalent tools - Candidates must carry 2 passport size photographs, 2 copies of resume, and original Aadhaar card to the venue Why Join Us Genpact offers a dynamic, values-driven work culture where employees are empowered to grow through mentorship, continuous learning, and exposure to cutting-edge AI and automation tools. - 2 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Record to Report, or Order to Cash - B.Com, BBA, MBA, or Qualified CA qualification required - Experience in invoice processing, auditing, and payment workflows - Knowledge of 3-way match, non-PO invoices, and GRN concepts - Proficiency in SAP, Navision, or other ERP systems - Experience in month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations - Strong understanding of accounts receivable, cash applications, and collections - Ability to handle financial reporting, statutory statements, and intercompany processes - Good communication and stakeholder management skills
