Fashion and Operations Assistant

Role Overview JULO Designs Private Limited is looking for a motivated and dependable Fashion and Operations Assistant to join their growing fashion startup based in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for fresh graduates who want real-world exposure across design, production, sourcing, and content creation. You will work closely with the founder and gain hands-on experience in how an end-to-end fashion brand operates. Key Responsibilities - Assist in garment finishing, quality checks, and preparing products for dispatch - Pack and coordinate daily customer orders and track shipments with delivery records - Manage packaging supplies, raw material stock, and maintain an organised workspace - Support trend research, moodboard creation, and fabric or sampling coordination - Follow up with tailors, vendors, and production partners on behalf of the team - Create social media content including posts, reels, and stories using Photoshop, Canva, and AI tools - Publish regular updates on Instagram and WhatsApp as per the social media calendar - Capture and edit behind-the-scenes content for daily brand communication - Assist in setting up and coordinating product or campaign photoshoots - Accompany the team on market visits for fabric, trim, and packaging sourcing Required Qualifications - Recent graduate in Fashion Design, Textiles, Communication, or a related creative field - Working knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, and AI-based design or content tools - Familiarity with Instagram, Google Sheets, and basic vendor or task coordination - Comfortable handling both manual operational tasks and creative responsibilities - Must be based in Delhi NCR and available to work on-site in Vasant Kunj full-time Why Join Us This role offers an exceptional launchpad for fresh talent looking to break into the fashion industry, with direct mentorship from the founder and exposure to every aspect of a dynamic fashion startup.
