Job Description Summary

FA Hub Analyst is an entry-level analyst within the CMFA Pool, providing on-time, high-quality analyses. Analysts will primarily perform analysis activities, including creating Argus cash flow models, rent roll audits, data gathering, and data quality reviews.

• About The Role:

• Assist in executing financial analysis and modeling requests, ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness standards.
• Analyze lease documents to extract pertinent details for preparing lease abstracts for different property types.
• Prepare DCF models in Argus Enterprise using the lease documents, Rent Roll, Budget, Financials, Recovery Schedule, and client-provided assumptions.
• Audit existing financial models for accuracy of inputs and validity of assumptions and collaborate with the team to finalize assumptions.
• Perform market research to analyze property and market conditions, and present findings clearly and concisely.
• Grasp the nuances of commercial property valuation to identify relevant information.

• About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in lease abstraction, financial analysis, and modeling within Commercial Real Estate
• Proficiency with Argus Enterprise and other discounted cash flow tools (e.g., Rockport Val) required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication with team members
• Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Capability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
