Expert, Full Stack Developer

• Job Description: The Technical Expert will be part of Custom Applications team under Schneider Digital’s Enterprise IT organization. This position requires extensive experience in Web Application Development

What will you do?

• 
  Worked as Individual Contributor, managed and derived outcome from dev team.
• 
  Has Experience in running end-to-end project L3 / Enhancement; have handled real life complex problem independently / Project & Run Delivery.
• 
  Can comprehend client interactions, handle business requirements and analysis, solution designing.

• Individual Contributor / technical Lead who can Contribute actively on technical stuff and manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, risk management, UAT, deployment and transition to support.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC/Agile practices, quality standards, and governance controls.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Own execution of change requests, enhancements, and production defect fixes.
• Manage and mentor 5–7 developers/tech leads, allocate tasks, track productivity, drive continuous improvement and engineering best practices.

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• 8+ years of experience in IT application development and Run Support, project management, business analysis with a mandatory hands-on very background to understand code, review designs, and validate estimates.
• Understanding of web development standards, integrations, security with hands on experience in React/Node.js, RDBMS (PostgreSQL), Expert in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, Step Function, S3, SQS, SNS, Airflow, IAM etc.), Git, DevOps preferable Terraform
• Exposure to enterprise-scale applications and global stakeholders
• Knowledge and Experience on AI Agents and Integration would be an added advantage.
