Experienced Professional, Help Desk

Role Overview WSP is looking for an Experienced Help Desk Professional to serve as a Desktop Support Engineer in our Noida office. You will provide critical technical assistance, installation, upgrading, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems. Key Responsibilities - Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, networks, and telephone systems - Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 operating systems across corporate workstations - Monitor computer network performance and diagnose hardware, software, or peripheral issues - Provide prompt technical support to end-users in person or over the phone - Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools like ServiceNow - Document technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals - Coordinate with HR to configure and set up IT equipment for new joiners - Reformat and wipe returned IT equipment following corporate data disposal policies Required Qualifications - Four or more years of experience in an IT On-Site Support or Desktop Support role - Graduation in IT, Computer Science, Science, Commerce, or business fields (BTech, BCA, BSc, BCom, BA) - Valid ITIL v4 Foundation certification - Certification in MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) or equivalent is highly preferred - Robust experience with ServiceNow ticketing and Windows OS environments - Strong analytical, hardware troubleshooting, and collaborative problem-solving skills Why Join Us At WSP, you will enjoy a flexible hybrid work model, competitive pay, and employee-focused benefits including virtual healthcare and wellness programs.
