Experience Designer

Role Overview U.S. Bancorp is seeking a senior Experience Designer to lead human-centered design initiatives in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities - Plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results. - Execute design work end-to-end for defined scopes with minimal guidance. - Conduct customer research to create user personas, story maps, and blueprints. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and agilists on product roadmap. - Facilitate cross-functional human-centered design and empathy sessions. - Maintain and contribute to design systems and shared patterns. - Ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices. - Mentor and support junior designers while sharing constructive feedback. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in user experience design. - Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in user experience design. - Deep expertise in product models, KPIs, design systems, and service blueprints. - Proficiency in design-thinking, product strategy, and channel management. - Proven track record of executing designs across the entire lifecycle. - Strong systems thinking and data-informed design-thinking capabilities.
