Executive - Accounts Receivable

Role Overview Sids Farm, a fast-growing D2C dairy brand serving over 25,000 families across Hyderabad and Bangalore, is looking for a detail-oriented Executive in Accounts Receivable to join its finance team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madhapur, Hyderabad, reporting directly to the Costing Manager. The ideal candidate brings 1 to 2 years of hands-on accounting experience, strong proficiency in Tally ERP or SAP, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities - Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis in support of the finance team - Assist with budgeting exercises and long-range financial planning - Conduct financial data analysis, build dashboards, and generate actionable insights for business decisions - Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement reviews - Support month-end and year-end close processes including cost analysis and margin tracking - Help with audit preparation, compliance documentation, and standard operating procedures - Track financial KPIs and generate periodic performance reports - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and improve financial processes - Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and special assignments as required Required Qualifications - Postgraduate degree in Commerce, M.Com, or ICWA (CMA) preferred - 1 to 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role - Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or equivalent accounting software - Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP - Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail - Effective communication skills for internal coordination and client interaction - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines - Immediate joiners are strongly preferred Why Join Us At Sids Farm, you will be part of a values-driven, innovation-focused team that believes in transparency, sustainable practices, and meaningful community engagement.
