Entry-Level Pre-Sales Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Hyderabad team and grow alongside the most experienced technical minds in the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who want to build a strong foundation in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise IT consulting. Key Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth technology research to support solution design and customer requirements - Assist Solution Architects in pricing, configuring, and presenting IT services and cloud solutions - Analyse vendor pricing models and cost structures to support competitive customer proposals - Perform configuration item and contract reconciliation to ensure accuracy in agreements and solution designs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and finance to deliver precise solutions - Develop working knowledge of enterprise computing areas such as ERP, databases, networking, operating systems, and cloud platforms - Prepare and maintain documentation related to solution designs, pricing models, and configurations - Participate actively in mentorship and training programmes led by senior engineers and solution architects Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with relevant IT coursework - Strong analytical and research skills with ability to interpret and present technical data clearly - Basic understanding of enterprise IT environments including ERP systems, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial or pricing analysis tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team - No prior work experience required; internships or academic projects in enterprise IT or cloud computing are an added advantage Why Join Us At Syntax, you will receive hands-on mentorship from senior technical leaders and gain exposure to cutting-edge enterprise technologies that power some of North America's largest corporations.
