Electrical & Automation (E&A) offers a wide range of products, solutions and turnkey services for electricity distribution and control, across various sectors: Industries, Utilities, Buildings, Residences and Agriculture. Electrical & Automation (E&A) is one of the largest manufacturers of low and medium voltage switchgear components, low & medium voltage switchboards, power quality solutions, solar energy solutions, energy management system & metering solutions, life cycle enhancement (modernization) and industrial automation solutions. These products and solutions cater to the distribution, monitoring and control of electrical power in industries, utilities, buildings & critical infrastructure, national assets and agriculture sectors. The international operations of Electrical & Automation (E&A) business is about forging connections with new geographies and markets and making a mark with a host of offerings to mega projects in a variety of industry verticals. These operations cover electrical equipment manufacturing and supplies, electrical systems solutions and systems integration through automation solutions.

To strengthen its foothold in the Middle East region, E&A set up a manufacturing facility in Dammam & Malaysia for manufacturing, marketing and sales of Low and Medium Voltage Switchboards and related systems solutions, as well as allied products. E&A offers a comprehensive range of MV switchgear in the international market.


Eligibility Criteria:
Should have 70% and above in X, XII and Graduation (wherever applicable), CGPA 8 and more in B.Tech / M.Tech . Minimum 5+ years of experience in CAE, design, analysis, CFD / thermal simulations, experience in switchgear domain is preferable

JOB LOCATIONS: Mumbai (Mahape office)

JOB Designation: Manager

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
  • To work on Sustainability projects and activities for New product development
  • Lifecycle assessment - Environmental product data declaration (PEP & EoLI document creation )
  • Digitization of environmental data
  • Design for Environment / Ecodesign activities for new products
  • Proficiency in subjects like - Machine design, Heat transfer, Fluid mechanics, Kinematics and Dynamics of Mechanism
  • Proficiency in Thermal, CFD, linear/non-linear Structural, Mechanism simulations and analysis
  • Proficiency in Ansys Workbench, Fluent, Altairs, Creo
  • Result interpretation and report preparation
  • Good analytical skills, Basic programming knowledge, Python, data analysis and AI/ML will be preferable
  • Experimental testing for validation of simulations and results
  • To work on emerging technologies, advanced simulations
  • WBS and MS projects for completion of projects as per timelines
  • Ability to work on multiple platforms, Teamwork
  • Work on sensors, data acquisition and build data from various tests for Digital twin of switchgear
