Role Overview Eaton is seeking an Engineer in Pune to provide technical support for Low Voltage Power Distribution Products. You will assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and application queries via email and chat. Key Responsibilities - Provide pre-sale support including product selection, configuration, and quotes. - Respond to customer emails and resolve technical queries within established TAT. - Conduct cross-referencing for Low Voltage Power Distribution Products. - Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating when necessary. - Update tracking systems and maintain internal product knowledge databases. - Develop strong relationships with international teams for effective collaboration. - Identify training needs and lead technical knowledge-sharing sessions for the team. Required Qualifications - Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering. - 6 to 8 years of experience in the Switchgear Industry. - Deep understanding of switchgear components, assemblies, and applications. - Strong technical, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. - Ability to interpret customer specifications, drawings, and schematics. - Proficiency with enterprise tools, Excel data analysis, and email clients.
