Duck Creek Staff - Policy Configuration Manager

Role Overview EY is looking for an experienced Duck Creek Policy Configuration professional to join its globally connected consulting team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will design, configure, and deliver high-quality Duck Creek-based solutions for Property and Casualty insurance clients, working within a collaborative and high-performance team environment. You will serve as a technical lead, guiding junior team members and communicating project status to onsite leads and project managers. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and configure Duck Creek applications to meet business process and application requirements - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to keep projects on track - Communicate project status, updates, and risks to onsite leads and project managers - Deliver high-quality product-based customizations using Duck Creek toolsets including Express, Page Builder, Server, Author, Transact, Rating, and Forms - Work with Duck Creek Server Object APIs and handle custom request development - Manage XSL Transformations and XML configurations following Duck Creek best practices - Handle OOTB bugs, environmental issues, and deployment challenges - Develop and maintain Batch scripts for user admin updates and batch processing - Coordinate with cross-functional team leads to address proposed designs and resolve technical risks - Apply deep knowledge of Duck Creek database tables used in policy processing and storage - Support Production policies through code and data fixes as required Required Qualifications - 10 or more years of hands-on experience with Duck Creek toolset including Express, Page Builder, Server, Author, Transact, Rating, Forms, and User Admin - Deep expertise in Duck Creek Manuscript Configuration adhering to established best practices - Strong working knowledge of XSLT Transformation, XML, and SQL - Experience with Duck Creek v7.x and above - Expertise with Duck Creek-provided tools such as MS COP - Experience working directly with technical and business stakeholders to formulate requirements - Familiarity with Duck Creek Producer and third-party integration data handling - Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills - Property and Casualty IT background strongly preferred - Exposure to Duck Creek Insights, CBOs, and Design Studio is an added advantage Why Join Us EY offers a globally connected work environment where you can shape your career with confidence, working alongside diverse and talented teams across more than 150 countries.
