Director of Quality Assurance - AI Thought Leader

Role Overview Perficient India is looking for a seasoned Director of Quality Assurance with deep consulting roots and a strong track record in large-scale quality engineering leadership. This is a high-impact senior role requiring someone who can confidently steer QA transformation at an enterprise level, manage large cross-functional teams, and engage directly with CXO-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings both technical depth and executive presence, making this a performance-driven role and not a learning opportunity. Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee large QA teams comprising 150 or more engineers across multiple programs - Define and drive QA strategy, transformation initiatives, and delivery excellence across engagements - Own end-to-end QA solutioning, RFP responses, and pursuit activities - Engage and build relationships with CXO-level client stakeholders and lead high-stakes client discussions - Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks and AI-driven QA practices - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes Required Qualifications - 17 or more years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing with demonstrated leadership - Prior experience at top-tier or Tier-1 consulting firms is strongly preferred - Proven expertise in RFPs, technical solutioning, and managing large enterprise programs - Strong knowledge of AI-led QA, test automation, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices - Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the organization confidently before key clients - Stable career history with consistent progression and no frequent job changes - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent is mandatory; Master's degree or MBA is preferred Why Join Us Perficient India offers a dynamic, high-growth environment where seasoned leaders can make a real business impact at scale.
