Director Delivery - Order to Cash

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Director Delivery to lead our global Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives and drive operational excellence. This is a strategic leadership position where you will oversee complex, multi-regional operational programs, ensure delivery excellence, and lead high-impact finance outcomes. You will be responsible for building strong client partnerships, inspiring global teams, and championing innovation across order management, billing, collections, and cash application operations. Key Responsibilities - Lead strategic Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives aligned with enterprise-wide objectives and digital finance transformation - Oversee global O2C operations to ensure high client satisfaction, adherence to SLAs, and KPI targets - Drive automation and digital transformation leveraging ERP platforms and modern O2C technologies - Identify and pursue business transformation opportunities including developing compelling proposals and conducting board-level workshops - Lead and empower a global O2C team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement culture - Manage governance, compliance, and risk across the O2C function while upholding ethical standards - Build and maintain strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and transformation partner - Develop high-performing teams through strategic hiring, mentoring, and capability enhancement Required Qualifications - Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 15 plus years of relevant experience in the accounting cycle with expertise in cost optimization - Minimum 10 years in a leadership or service delivery role within a global or shared services environment - Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred - Strong proficiency in ERP systems including SAP S4/HANA, Oracle Cloud, Coupa, or Ariba - Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, accounting cycle, intercompany accounting principles, and internal controls Why Join Us Join Capgemini and be part of a global transformation leader where your strategic vision will directly impact client success and business growth. - 15 plus years experience in accounting cycle with cost optimization expertise - 10 plus years in leadership or service delivery role in global shared services - Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA - Strong proficiency in SAP S4/HANA, Oracle Cloud, Coupa, Ariba - Expert knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and accounting principles - PMP or Six Sigma certifications advantageous - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills - Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities - Service delivery orientation with focus on quality and deadlines - Technology awareness and adaptability to evolving financial systems - Order-to-Cash process expertise - Change management capabilities - Business transformation experience - Strategic partnership building skills
