Digital Technical Support Analyst

Role Overview Caterpillar is seeking a Digital Technical Support Analyst to join our digital support team in Bengaluru. In this position, you will provide worldwide technical support for the overall Cat Digital portfolio, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for telematics products. You will troubleshoot hardware and software failures, work directly with support engineers, and drive continuous product improvements. Key Responsibilities - Provide worldwide technical support for onboard and off-board issues across the Cat Digital portfolio - Perform basic triage, troubleshooting, and analysis of hardware failures and application issues - Document technical issues formally and coordinate follow-up on the resolution process with dealers and customers - Collaborate with Quality Service Engineers and Support Engineers to drive continuous product improvements - Confidently interact with and support business partners, customers, or dealer networks globally - Manage support requests according to urgency guidelines defined in service level agreements
