Role Overview: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of managing high-impact digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on

with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Instantly.ai, and other performance marketing tools. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve measurable business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn Ads. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI, CPA, and other KPIs. Email Marketing: Use tools like Instantly.ai to design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns. Manage mailing lists and segment audiences for personalized outreach. Analytics and Reporting: Track and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance. A/B Testing: Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to identify winning strategies. Market Research: Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitors to refine targeting and messaging strategies. Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets across channels to maximize results.
