Experience:

2-3 years in IT sales and business development Specialization: Exposure to Industrial Safety Software is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation Identify and qualify potential clients through online research, networking, and proactive outreach. Build and maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline to support business goals. 2. Sales Execution Present, promote, and sell company products and services to prospective clients. Collaborate with the team to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and tailored business plans. 3. Client Engagement Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to fully understand their needs and objectives. Ensure seamless follow-ups and guide clients through a smooth onboarding process. 4. Market Insights Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Assist in shaping market strategies by providing insightful feedback and analysis. 5. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align efforts and deliver exceptional client experiences. Document sales activities and prepare detailed reports for management review.
