Role Overview Stefanini is a globally recognised IT services company with over 25,000 professionals operating across 77 offices in 40 countries. We are looking for a skilled Deskside Support Technician to join our Gurgaon team, delivering Level 1 and Level 2 end-user IT support to enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities - Provide Level 1 and Level 2 deskside support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues - Perform installation, configuration, imaging, and upgrades of systems and business applications - Troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 10, and macOS environments for end users - Handle Active Directory tasks including password resets, account unlocks, and group membership updates - Support collaboration tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint - Log and manage incidents, service requests, and asset records in ITSM ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Remedy - Carry out hardware replacements, break-fix activities, and warranty coordination - Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle documentation - Adhere to ITIL processes, security policies, and compliance standards at all times Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of corporate deskside or desktop support experience - Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline - Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, MS Lync, and OWA - Experience with endpoint security tools such as Symantec Endpoint Protection, BitLocker, SCCM, and RDP - Working knowledge of VPN setup and basic network troubleshooting - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach - Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Why Join Us At Stefanini, you will be part of a privately owned Brazilian technology company that values agility, innovation, and a flat organisational structure that empowers fast decision-making. Requirements

- 3 or more years of corporate deskside support experience - Proficiency with Windows 7, Windows 10, and macOS - Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent field - Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and replacement - Knowledge of Active Directory administration tasks - Experience with Microsoft Office 2016 including Outlook and MS Lync - Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy - Experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection, BitLocker, SCCM, and RDP - VPN configuration and basic network connectivity support experience - Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
