Deputy/Assistant Manager Customer Care

Role Overview Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is seeking a dedicated Deputy/Assistant Manager Customer Care to join our farm sector team in Noida. In this position, you will drive spare parts sales, govern parts centers, and support our dealer network. You will customize promotional schemes, implement strategy, and train field staff on customer relationship management systems to ensure business growth. Key Responsibilities - Achieve spare parts sales targets through coordinates with dealers and distributors - Oversee the governance and operational audits of the regional spare parts center - Identify and onboard distributors and service dealers to expand market penetration - Analyze dealer financial health and execute collaborative financial planning - Deploy and customize promotional schemes for parts based on dealer capabilities - Lead training sessions for field staff on CRM applications and customer care protocols - Facilitate the resolution of product queries and coordinate with the head CCM farm machinery Required Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Mechanical, Automobile, or Agriculture - One to five years of experience in spare parts management, dealership relations, or customer care - Deep knowledge of the harvester and implement business or agriculture machinery sector - Strong understanding of change management, market penetration, and customer care - Excellent team leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Why Join Us At Mahindra, you will work with India's leading automotive and farm equipment brand.
