Delivery Manager (Remote, Full-Time) [HR183]

Role Overview Smart Working is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager for a full-time, remote position based in Bengaluru. In this critical role, you will drive the successful delivery of digital products within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and engineering teams to execute product roadmaps predictably, manage stakeholder expectations, and continuously optimize delivery frameworks. Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital product roadmaps within cross-functional engineering teams - Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to ensure the predictable execution of strategic initiatives - Facilitate key agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, roadmap alignment, and backlog prioritization - Monitor and report on delivery progress, key metrics, dependencies, potential risks, and bottlenecks - Establish, enhance, and scale agile delivery frameworks and continuous improvement practices - Remove team impediments, foster collaboration, and manage stakeholder communication across all levels Required Qualifications - Extensive experience in delivery management, project management, or a technology-focused delivery role - Proven track record of managing complex delivery roadmaps and shipping digital products - Strong experience leading sprint planning, roadmap planning, and delivery governance ceremonies - Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, risk management, and team performance metrics - Exceptional organizational, prioritisation, and verbal and written communication skills - Comfort operating in complex business environments with multiple stakeholder groups Why Join Us Smart Working is one of the highest-rated remote-first workplaces on Glassdoor. - 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or a technology-focused delivery role - Proven experience working within cross-functional product and engineering teams - Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations across multiple levels of seniority - Strong experience leading sprint planning, roadmap planning, and delivery governance activities - Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and delivery metrics - Solid risk management skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
