Delivery Manager

Role Overview Divami is a design and technology company specializing in experience-led decision intelligence platforms powered by AI, data, and digital product engineering. We are seeking a highly capable Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end client engagements across design, AI, and product engineering verticals. This is a senior leadership role that demands strategic thinking, strong client partnership, and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes for mid-market and enterprise clients globally. Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end client engagement outcomes from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and not just project completion - Translate ambiguous problem statements into clear execution plans by aligning stakeholders on scope, priorities, and success criteria - Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders including VPs, Directors, and business heads, guiding decisions and managing expectations - Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and AI or data workstreams to ensure efficient and aligned execution - Define and manage project scope proactively, handling change requests and trade-offs while protecting timelines, quality, and commercial margins - Establish delivery plans, milestones, and governance structures tailored to each engagement and monitor overall delivery health - Proactively identify and mitigate risks across scope, stakeholders, dependencies, and execution - Plan solution rollouts, manage organizational change, and drive user adoption within client teams - Support account growth by identifying expansion opportunities based on delivered value and evolving client needs - Contribute to improving Divami's internal delivery frameworks, practices, and standards based on real project insights Required Qualifications - 10 or more years of overall experience with at least 5 years in delivery leadership roles within IT services, digital consulting, or product engineering - Proven track record managing mid-market or enterprise client engagements involving design, product, engineering, or AI and data initiatives - Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving scope and ambiguity - Strong skills in client and stakeholder management, problem structuring, commercial awareness, and risk ownership - Excellent communication and leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams - Exposure to AI or ML-driven product development is a plus - MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred but not mandatory Why Join Us At Divami, you will be at the forefront of redefining what design, AI, and engineering can achieve together for enterprise clients.
