Data Scientist

Role Overview Etenico Technologies is looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join their growing team in Chennai. This role focuses on building and maintaining advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that connect CRM platforms with large language models to deliver accurate, grounded AI responses. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, NLP, and generative AI to drive intelligent data solutions across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Design and maintain RAG architectures that connect CRM systems with LLMs to enable fact-based, grounded AI responses - Implement vector embeddings and semantic search capabilities for integration with generative AI features - Develop and deploy MCP servers to bridge LLMs with existing data sources for real-time retrieval - Leverage large language models to synthesize retrieved data into clear, user-friendly natural language outputs - Evaluate and optimize end-to-end latency across search and generation pipelines - Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover trends and support business decisions - Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices - Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions - Work with QA teams to validate data quality, ensure accuracy, and resolve testing issues - Stay current with the latest AI tools and techniques and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation - Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards Required Qualifications - Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL or PL-SQL - Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms - Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow - Experience with RAG architecture and pipeline design - Familiarity with CRM schema and data structures - Strong problem-solving and communication skills Why Join Us Etenico Technologies offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge generative AI and NLP projects in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.
