Data Platforms and AI Access Control Lead

Role Overview Haleon is seeking a Data Platforms and AI Access Control Lead in Bengaluru to build secure and compliant data and AI ecosystems. You will define and manage access controls for human users, service accounts, and autonomous AI agents across our data platforms. This role collaborates with security, legal, and engineering teams to integrate IAM policies with cloud-native analytics environments. Key Responsibilities - Establish permissions and access rights for both human employees and non-human entities like AI agents. - Maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) matrices. - Enforce the principle of least privilege across cloud-native environments like Azure and Databricks. - Integrate IAM tools like Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint with enterprise data lakes and pipelines. - Conduct regular security audits and assessments aligned with ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and DPDP. - Collaborate with central AI governance teams to ensure compliance with responsible AI principles. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. - 10+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management and enterprise data security. - Deep expertise in Azure AD/Entra ID, SailPoint, Okta, and cloud platform security. - Experience implementing access controls on data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation capabilities. - Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field - 10+ years of experience in IAM and enterprise data security compliance - Proven track record with IAM tools (Entra ID, SailPoint, Okta, or CyberArk) - Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric - Knowledge of GDPR, DPDP, ISO 27001, and AI governance frameworks
