Data Architect - Azure and Snowflake

Role Overview Neurealm is looking for a skilled Analytics Data Architect or Solution Architect to join their growing team in Chennai. This is a full-time, mid-senior level opportunity for an experienced professional with deep expertise in the Azure ecosystem and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of designing end-to-end analytics solutions and guiding engineering teams in modern data practices. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement end-to-end analytics architectures spanning data ingestion, transformation, storage, and visualization - Lead architectural decisions around Snowflake including data sharing, performance tuning, and platform design - Build and manage data transformation pipelines using dbt (data build tool) - Architect and oversee solutions using Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Synapse - Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering workflows across the team - Translate complex data ecosystems into scalable, manageable architectural frameworks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile or Scrum delivery environment Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field - 10 or more years of total experience in Data and Analytics - At least 3 years of dedicated experience functioning as a Data Architect or Solution Architect - Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, dbt, and the Microsoft Azure data stack - Relevant certifications such as SnowPro Core, SnowPro Advanced Architect, or Azure Data Engineer Associate are preferred - Experience integrating Large Language Models or generative AI capabilities into analytics data products - Strong ability to manage complexity and adapt to evolving technology trends Why Join Us Neurealm is a diverse and inclusive organisation that values clarity, continuous growth, and people-first decision making.
